內焊縫伺服整平機

用于將不銹鋼焊管在線內焊縫壓平,使內焊縫平滑與母材過度,消除焊管后續(xù)加工難的專用設備。上下、前后均由伺服電機驅動,不需要液壓油及冷卻水,高效、節(jié)能,穩(wěn)定,免維護。
前后行走采用伺服電機驅動齒輪齒條運動,速度、位置可任意調整。上下整平裝置采用伺服電機驅動高效渦減速機帶動精密滾珠絲桿運動,壓力速度可任意調整。
全數字化顯示智能控制,換向采用動態(tài)曲線運動設計,碾壓效果好,操作簡便。
lt is a special equipment for flattening the stainless steel welded pipe in the line, smoothing the inner weld and the excess of the base metal, and eliminating the difficulty of subsequent processing of the welded pipe. The upper and lower levels, front and rear are driven by servo motors, no hydraulic oil and cooling water are required, high efficiency, energy saving, stable and maintenance-free.
The front and rear walking adopts servo motor to drive the rack and pinion movement,and the speed and position can be adjusted arbitrarily.
The upper and lower leveling device adopts servo motor to drive the high-efficiency scroll reducer to drive the precision ball screw movement, and the pressure speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Full digital display intelligent control, commutation adopts dynamic curve motion design, good rolling effect and easy operation.
